We offer teacher development  programs for special ed. teachersgeneral ed. teachers and paraprofessionals in our latest addaption of Orton-Gillingham.  The Institute's  Orton-Gillingham training is a research based phonics based multi-sensory program which delivers instructional material which can be added to your current curriculum.  This will facilitate providing comprehensive reading  instruction for your students. The Institute specializes in teacher development, curriculum development, and reading workshops. Our teacher development and training programs are aimed at early interventionOur goal is to lower the number of students who are struggling with reading, writing, and spelling when they enter the third grade. Our program is designed for remediation of students who have fallen behind.  It is also helpful for students who have dyslexia, learning disabilities, or other impairments preventing their reading development.  IMSE also offers "Sensational Strategies for Teaching Beginning Readers" for parents to use with their children.
